RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
We check the products we provide to our customers for any defects or faults. All products are carefully packed and shipped in perfect condition. However, if your order contains a damaged item you can return it free of charge and we will do our best to replace it or give you a refund. If you find an error or item missing from your order, please contact us at hello@atualab.com and let us know the receipt number so that we can rectify the problem.
You also have the option of withdrawing from the sales contract and returning the products of your order (in part or in whole) within 14 days from the dispatch of the products, without giving a reason. To legally withdraw from the sales contract between us, please complete the withdrawal form found here and send it in one of the following ways:
- By mail to the address Domina Invicta / Eleni Roumeliotou, Mesimeri Thessalonikis, Municipality of Thermaikos, 57500, accompanied by the products you wish to return, provided that the items being returned are in their original packaging.
- By e-mail at hello@atualab.com. If you choose to withdraw from the contract in this way, you must also send us the products, accompanied by the retail receipt, within 14 days of sending the above e-mail.
After receiving the products, we reserve the right to check their condition, in order to verify that the products you are returning are in the condition they were delivered to you and that they have not been used in any way. After carrying out the above check by us and if we find that the products are acceptable for return, we will return the money to you in the same way that your order was paid for. You will only be responsible for the shipping costs of the products you are returning.
Products are not accepted for return:
- which have been opened
- whose packaging has been opened
- which are not included in their packaging
- which are not accompanied by their proof of purchase
